Requirements for base and access

• A flat, level slab or concrete base should be at least the same size as the shed, or preferably, slightly larger.
• When laying a base close to a boundary fence or wall, be mindful that all sheds have side and rear roof overhangs. For overhang dimensions, feel free to ask for more details.
• Wooden decking is also a great option for a base, as long as it is flat, level, and large enough.
• Please consider your shed's dimensions when ordering.
• Larger buildings may need 8ft height access for delivery
• We cannot transport buildings over garage roofs, high fences, or walls
• If access is restricted, sheds can be custom-made in smaller parts for an extra charge
